Cold straps will be tuned to achieve isothermal focal plane (to within 1 degree
C) with an operating range of -130C to -65C.
Cryostat leak checked and gauge to 0.1 micro-Torr.
DEWAR PERFORMANCE:
Twenty-four hour hold time for 8K mosaic at -100C, at any orientation.
