Daniel Yahalomi

 I am a first year PhD student in Astronomy at Columbia. I received my undergraduate degree from MIT in Physics with minors in Computer Science and Comparative Media Studies 2018. After graduating, I worked as an astronomer at the Harvard CfA as a part of the TESS Science Team for two years.


Research Topics

Exoplanets, Stellar Astronomy, Computational Astronomy.


Current Research

My research interests include exoplanet detection and characterization with a focus on planetary architectures and habitability. I am also interested in studying self-lensing stellar binary systems.
