NSF Graduate Fellow, Astronomy

Pupin 1411

I'm a fourth year graduate student working on the search for exomoons with the survey and targeted observations. I also love teaching and public outreach (co-host of Astronomy on Tap in Brooklyn). As an undergraduate (BA in Physics, CUNY Hunter College) I worked as a research intern at both the American Museum of Natural History and the National Radio Astronomy Observatory, studying giant molecular clouds in the Milky Way with radio, near-infrared and gamma-ray data.

Research Topics

Exoplanets, Exomoons, Stellar Ages

Current Research

I'm currently leveraging the power of machine learning algorithms to search for exomoons in the Kepler data.
