I'm a second year graduate student working on methods for determining stellar ages with time-domain data. During my first year at Columbia I worked with David Kipping on the search for exomoons using data from the Kepler spacecraft. As an undergraduate (BA in Physics, CUNY Hunter College) I worked as a research intern at both the American Museum of Natural History and the National Radio Astronomy Observatory, studying giant molecular clouds in the Milky Way with radio, near-infrared and gamma-ray data.
