Columbia Astronomy students win NSF Fellowships

Three Columbia Astronomy students were awarded NSF Graduate Research Fellowships. First-year graduate student Andrea Derdzinski, post-bac student Rhondale Tso, as well as incoming PhD student Alexander Teachey (currently completing his undergraduate studies at Hunter College, CUNY) all received the prestigious three-year fellowships, which "recognizes and supports outstanding graduate students in NSF-supported science, technology, engineering disciplines." Congratulations to Andrea, Ron, and Alex!
