Jingqiang Ye is a postdoctoral researcher at Columbia University. He received his B.S. in physics from Zhejiang University and his Ph.D. in physics from UC San Diego. His research interest involves rare event searches using experiments based on liquid xenon, including dark matter and solar axion. He is a member of the XENON Collaboration. Jingqiang is an expert in data analysis, working on a variety of topics, such as event reconstruction, detector calibration, and background modeling. He is particularly interested in low-energy electronic recoil signals that can be induced by solar axion or solar neutrinos with an abnormally large magnetic moment.
