I am a fifth-year graduate student working with Lorenzo Sironi on compact binary systems. I received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley and an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from San José State University. Prior to entering the graduate program in astronomy, I was a participant of Columbia's Bridge to PhD Program. I am from California's Bay Area with roots in Michoacán, México.
My research interests include compact objects, redback and black widow pulsars, high-energy astrophysics, and plasma astrophysics.
