The Dark Energy Survey released its cosmological results from the Year 3 dataset. These are based on analysis of weak gravitational lensing and galaxy clustering data over about 5000 square degrees. Multiple approaches were used to measure the key cosmological parameters, S8 and Omega_matter in particular. I will summarize these results and show the state of tensions between the early universe probed by the CMB and the late universe probed by DES. I will also describe our results on the lensing, galaxy and gas distribution on the smaller scales of galaxy clusters.
