Research Interests

Hi! I'm a second-year astronomy PhD student, interested in near-field cosmology, Galactic dynamics, and dark matter, among other topics. In general, I'm curious to explore the Local Universe and what we can understand from our Galaxy and the galaxies immediately around it. At Columbia I work with Prof. Kathryn Johnston on understanding dynamics in the Milky Way disk through simulations and with Prof. Melissa Ness on empirically measuring the dissolution of the halo.

Don't hesitate to reach out if we have similar interests!
