Research Interests

I am a first-year graduate student currently interested in learning more about techniques in astrostatistics and radio astronomy. I graduated from Yale University with a degree in Astrophysics and a certificate in Data Science. I have previously worked on mitigating stellar activity signals in exoplanet detections, tracing the Galactic magnetic field, classifying young stellar variability, and observing magnetic fields in nearby star-forming regions.

As a FGLI student, I am also very passionate about outreach & diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in STEM. During my undergrad, I volunteered as an educator in classrooms, zoom rooms, and even inflatable planetariums for students of all ages. I was also a co-secretary for the Yale Astronomy Climate and Diversity Committee (ACDC) and an outreach board member for the Yale Undergraduate Research Association (YURA), Education Tutoring Initiative (YETI), and Women in Physics (WIP).

As a native New Yorker (Brooklynite?), I enjoy exploring art museums, watching Broadway shows, urban photography, and cycling in protected bike lanes.
